Sign up below and we’ll get on Zoom and walk through your goals and how we’ll get you there. You’ll get access to the private men’s group, a complete breakdown of your current nutrition strategy, a custom tailored program for you delivered through my app, a custom nutrition plan, and we’ll get started with your transformation.

What It Is & Who It's For

This is 12 Weeks of custom programmed resistance and cardio training + expert nutrition programming & supplementation for men who want to take their strength and physique to the next level.

The custom programming is delivered to you through our easy to use app with 4k HD videos for all of the movements in your custom program.

You select the days you want to train in the app.

All of your metric’s will be tracked and aggregated for you to see the results of strength gain and fat loss.

Includes one-on-one zoom coaching & group support.

This is for you if you want to put the work in and be a success in the gym, and reach the goals you want to achieve.

Can you handle it? Yes. If there’s anything in the program you can’t quite do, or lack experience in doing we can work up to it, or substitute movements at any time.

Commitments of Time & Accountability

If you want a rapid transformation and your goal is fat loss, you’ve got to hit it 5-6 days per week.
5 Days per week is good. 6 days per week makes the transformation happen faster.
Your choice.
Won’t I “overtrain” doing that? No, you’re probably severely undertraining right now, and you have no idea what you’re capable of.
It takes until it’s done, which is usually no more than 90 minutes.
If you need to trim that down to 60 minutes per session, you can drop two of the movements in the workout.
Accountability is the major missing link for most people.

That’s why you’ll be expected to send in a few key items every day (even on non-workout days), such as:

  • Weekly scale photo posted to slack
  • Check in from the gym and let the group know your crushing it
  • Group sharing is not required, but I highly encourage you to share with the group for the success of your program.
